Villa ALS MARMAREI has 8 bedrooms with 5 double beds and 7 single beds and two double sofas and 5 bathrooms. It can host up to 22 people and is suitable for relaxing vacation, for those who want to leave behind the noise of the big city and the stress of everyday life and connect with nature, also to celebrate special events. A place of peace and joy. Ideal place for private pool parties, for weddings of a certain number of people and for all kinds of retreats.

Villa ALS MARMAREI is located in the east side of KEA Island, on a hillside, next to a gorge, and is looking off the Aegean Sea and 14 other Cycladic islands, such as Andros, Tinos, Gyaros, Syros, Mykonos, Serifos, Sifnos, Kythnos, Paros, Antiparos, Naxos, Milos and also Evia at its left side.  In the distance, when  weather permits you can imagine the sacred island of Delos where the divine couple of the Sun and the Moon were born.

Villa ALS MARMAREI is built according to the rules and aesthetic of Feng Shui. Its purpose is to shelter the visitor and offer a wonderful stay with tranquility and union with nature!

The view from the big porches is outstanding. Your eyes  rest by looking the deep blue horizon and your mind and soul relax.

Two of the best beaches of KEA, Sikamia and Kalidonychi, are nearby, with crystal clear waters and the unique magic of the Aegean Sea and the Cyclades islands.

Villa ALS MARMAREI consists of two buildings and 4 independent residences:

• The main residence of Als (6 people),
• Τhe residence of Earth (4 people),
• Τhe residence of Sky (4 people) and
• Τhe residence of the Pomegranates(4 people).

The residences can be rented in pairs, each with its own private swimming pool. Villa Mater Matuta consists of the residences of Als  and  Pomegranates and villa Electryone consists of Earth and Sky residences, which can accommodate 9+ and 8+ people respectively, each with its own independent swimming pool.

The four residences can be rented separately except in June and July.

They are fully equipped with linen, new kitchen utensils and appliances, high quality anatomical mattresses and mosquito nets on the windows and doors.

There is heating (radiators) and ceiling fans, as well as air conditioning in the bedrooms for the summer, although the location makes it cool even on the hottest summer days.

Outside there are two swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, sofas, armchairs, two large tables (one built) and 3 barbecues.

Linen, bath and pool towels are provided.

Cleaning is done every second day, towels are changed every second day and linen every fourth day.

Outside, in addition to the two swimming pools, there is a large parking area where several cars can be parked, a garden with plants and trees and a 19th century threshing floor, which is the jewel of the property.

Next to the threshing floor there is the ALS MARMAREI WELLNESS RETREATS-OLD THRESING FLOOR, which we created with love and is an ideal place for body regeneration and soul blossoming. ALS MARMAREI WELLNESS RETREATS- OLD THRESING FLOOR can accommodate up to 30 people for yoga and wellness retreats, seminars and events of spirituality, self-awareness and artistic expression, as well as dream seminars.
