Sky Residence (4+ People)

Constructed with material and colors inspired by the blue, gray and metallic shades of the sky, Sky Residence of modern elegance within traditionally classic environment, offers a spectacular view of the blue Aegean Sea. This residence is a wonderful place, ideal for relaxing holiday in the breathtaking nature of Kea.

It is 65 square meters big, with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.  It can host up to 6 people with the use of a large living room sofa. It’s a modern haven surrounded by the traditional environment of the island.

All linens are provided and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances. The beds have anatomically- friendly mattresses of excellent quality and the windows and the balcony doors have screens to keep out insects.

Central heating is available during cool weather and all rooms have ceiling fans, although these may not be necessary given the natural ventilation, due to its excellent location.

Among the facilities, the residence features a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster, kitchen utensils and a CD player. It also shares two washing machines with the Earth and Rocks residences.

The veranda has a metallic table with chairs and armchairs for 4 people, a built barbecue and a built table that can host about 12 guests. From that point, you can admire the nature of Kea, the view to the endless blue sea and the Cyclades Islands. Thus, you get the feeling that you are in a destination, perfect for a delightful stay and admiration of Greece’s classic beauty. This is a setting of serenity, peace and joy.

For every residence of the Villa, cleaning depends on the agreement between the hosts and the guests, but it’s usually every day. The change of the towels is every 2 days and the change of the sheets 2 times a week.
