Villa MATER MATUTA consists  of Als and Pomegranate residences and can accommodate 9+ persons. It has its own private swimming pool and all the elements of an ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday in the wild nature of KEA with a view of the Cyclades and the endless blue sea. Βuilt according to the aesthetics of feng shui, it is a place of peace, quiet strength and joy. From all the balconies you can admire the shining sea and the light of Greece.

Villa MATER MATUTA has 4 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 3 single beds, and 3 bathrooms.

 Each room has its own identity, the colours are earthy and vibrant. In the main living room there is a fireplace.

All linens are provided and the modern kitchens are fully equipped with brand new appliances. The beds have anatomically- friendly mattresses of excellent quality and the windows and balcony doors have screens to keep out  insects.

Villa MATER MATUTA  has central heating in the event of cool weather as well as ceiling fans and air-conditioning, while usually unnecessary due to excellent natural ventilation, even in the summer hottest days.

More specifically, there are 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves with oven, 2 dishwashers and 2 washing machines, 2 microwave ovens, 2 coffee makers, 2 espresso machines, 2 kettles,2  toasters, 2 CD-players and in the main bathroom a jacuzzi.

Outside the pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. There are also a built-in barbecue, next to the pool, sofas and chairs, a small table with chairs and a large handmade table which can accommodate several people.

There are also another table with chairs and armchairs in the second veranda. Sunbeds and a table with chairs there are also  in the small olive grove.

The verandas of the villa are large and spacious in the stone colours of the nature of  KEA with a view of the Cyclades and the endless blue sea.

Linen, bath and pool towels are provided. Cleaning is done every other day, as well as the change of towels, while the linen is changed every 4th day.
