Pomegranates residence features the color of pomegranate in the kitchen and living room and spices in the bedroom, producing an oriental ambience that creates sensations of warmth, elegance and serenity, even more evident when you relax in the stone built balcony and gaze at the endless surface of the sparkling sea. Following the aesthetics of Feng Shui, as every other residence of villa ALS MARMAREI, Pomegranates residence brings together all the features for a great stay and relaxing holiday in the nature of KEA, with an outstanding view to the Cyclades Islands and the endless blue sea. You can admire the breathtaking view from the built veranda of the residence, or the rise of the sun from the bedroom.

The 45 square meters of Pomegranates residence contains one bedroom, one bathroom and a spacious living room with a kitchen and can host up to 3 guests when the large living room sofa is utilized.

Like the other residences of Villa ALS MARMAREI, the Pomegranate residence is also fully equipped with linen and brand new kitchenware as well as electrical appliances, excellent anatomical mattresses in the bedrooms and mosquito screens on the windows and balcony doors.

All linens are provided and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances. The beds have anatomically- friendly mattresses of excellent quality and the windows and the balcony doors have screens to keep out insects.

Central heating is available during cool weather and all rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning, although it may not be necessary given the natural ventilation, due to its excellent location.

Among the facilities, the residence features a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, espresso maker, kettle,  toaster, kitchen utensils and a CD player. A portable barbeque is available upon request and the sheltered veranda has a table with chairs and armchairs.

Sunbeds and a table with chairs there are also  in the small olive grove.

Linen, bath and pool towels are provided. Cleaning is done every other day, as well as the change of towels, while the linen is changed every 4th day.
