Pomegranates and Spices Residence (3 People)

This residence features the color of pomegranates in the kitchen and living room and spices in the bedroom, producing an oriental ambience that creates sensations of warmth, elegance and serenity, even more evident when you relax in the stone built balcony and gaze at the endless surface of the sparkling sea. Following the aesthetics of Feng Shui, as every other residence of Als Marmarei, Pomegranates Residence accumulates all the features for a great stay and relaxing holiday in the nature of Kea, with an outstanding view to the Cyclades Islands and the endless blue sea. You can admire the breathtaking view from the built veranda of the residence, or the rise of the sun from the bedroom.

The 45 square meters of space contains one bedroom, one bathroom and a spacious living room with a kitchen and can host up to 4 guests when the large living room sofa is utilized.

All linens are provided and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances. The beds have anatomically- friendly mattresses of excellent quality and the windows and the doors have screens to keep out insects.

Central heating is available during cool weather and all rooms have ceiling fans, although these may not be necessary given the natural ventilation, due to its excellent location, even in the hottest days of the summer.

Among the facilities, the residence features a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, a washing machine and a CD player. A portable barbeque is available upon request and the veranda has a table with chairs and armchairs.

This is a place of serenity, peace and joy, ideal for admiration of Greece’s natural beauty!

For every residence of the Villa, cleaning depends on the agreement between the hosts and the guests, but it’s usually every day. The change of the towels is every 2 days and the change of the sheets 2 times a week.
